MEET DREW
Owner and Manager
Drew likes to emphasize that his core values of family and teamwork are really what drives CAD Homes. Outside of work he's an avid outdoorsman, mule-packer, and lover of rescue animals. Many of the rescued animals include his three rescue dogs and three rescue cats. He works alongside his wife, his dad, and his sister-in-law. With his family along his side, CAD Homes is truly a family owned and operated company.
THE CAD STORY
CAD Homes, LLC was founded in 2014 by Alan Scott. For the first few years of its existence, CAD was a one-at-a-time builder, but when Drew Scott, Alan’s son, joined the CAD team things changed dramatically. Drew was CAD’s first full-time project manager, and helped the company grow substantially in his first year in the role.
Today Drew is the face of CAD, as well as both an owner of the company and its Lead Project Manager. While CAD is no longer a one-at-a-time builder, we strive to maintain the same level of commitment and individualized attention to each customer that we started out with. This approach is supported by the CAD staff that has helped us grow, but allowed CAD to retain these core values.
The CAD team is still growing, and we are excited to welcome exceptional new talent to our team and help provide the quality homes that we are known for across more of the Columbia Basin area. Our story isn’t finished… the best is yet to come!
WHAT MAKES CAD HOMES DIFFERENT?
There are a number of options to choose from when selecting a home builder in the Columbia basin area, so what makes CAD different? CAD is proud to offer our customers a wide range of options when looking to build and purchase a home. Not only is CAD capable of building fully custom homes designed to fit the exact criteria of our clients, but we also offer semi-custom homes and move in ready homes. The beauty of semi-custom homes lies in the fact that the client can choose a floor plan and materials that suit their personal taste, but without the level of depth and time commitment required for a fully custom home. Move in ready homes are another great option because there is no wait time to complete the build, and unlike other builders, since CAD homes are not mass produced your new home won’t look exact like everyone else in your neighborhood.
Another element that sets CAD apart from other home builders in the area is our quality promise. From materials to workmanship to our final product (your home!) we don’t cut corners. CAD also includes a one year visit to any home we build to review quality and repair any minor wear and tear.
Another advantage to choosing CAD is that our clients have access to our project managers at all times for questions. Unlike large builders in the area, CAD is owned locally. Drew Scott, CAD’s manager and co-owner, is always available to address any questions and concerns.
ALAN SCOTT
Founder and Owner
Alan comes from a background in agricultural construction and management. He saw stepping into home building as an extension of his skill set developed through many years of agricultural construction practice. Alan is a coug fan who also enjoys hunting with his black lab, Olive.
DREW SCOTT
Owner and Manager
Coming from a background in both aviation and project management, Drew has an eye for detail and strives for perfection in his craft. He has proved his residential construction prowess by growing CAD from a single home builder to where it is today. Drew would like it known that he is not Drew Scott from HGTV, although that would be pretty cool.

BLAKE ROLLINS
CAD Real Estate Broker
Blake has been part of the CAD team since 2018 as our CAD Homes Real Estate Broker. Blake is a part of the Coldwell Banker Tomlinson Ranch & Home group in Moses Lake and brings a wealth of real estate knowledge to the table. Blake also works closely with his fellow broker and assistant, Fidelina Quiroz, to offer real estate service in both English and Spanish. Blake's direct contact is blakerollinsbroker@gmail.com.

Olive is our beautiful and hardworking safety officer. She can be seen here enforcing the proper use of PPE!
THE CAD SUPPORT
We strongly believe that local businesses are essential to the health of the community and we consider it our duty to volunteer and donate to local causes whenever possible. We also encourage our employees to support our local community by offering paid volunteer hours so that they can do good by the community without sacrificing pay in the process.
Our past giving has included buying animals at both the Grant and Adams County fairs to support youth in FFA, sponsoring youth sports teams in Othello and Moses Lake, and donating labor to women’s shelter projects in the Moses Lake area. We now support the Moses Lake High School Drill Team and Wrestling Team. We also support the Moses Lake Rotary Club by volunteering at community events such as their Back-to-School Backpack Stuffing Event. Three of our CAD team members are also Paul Harris Fellows, which means they have been recognized by the Rotary Club for an exceptional level of community support.
